Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 30-day standard return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, and returned with its original package.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
International Returns & Exchanges
All customers must ship the products back to an address provided by Angeltripp Hair at the purchaser's expense.
Angeltripp Hair will provide free shipping to the customer's address but the return shipping cost is to be paid for by a customer. Where, instead of the purchaser shipping back the product to Angeltripp Hair with a courier of their own choosing, if a return label is requested and provided for by Angeltripp Hair the cost will be deducted by Angeltripp Hair from the amount to be refunded to the purchaser.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of it, and contact us immediately if the hair is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and immediately work to alleviate your concerns.
Processing of Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund has been processed and approved. If approved you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for you bank or credit company to process and post the refund too.
