WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES IN?

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

  1. All of our shipments ship our warehouse via USPS. All orders are processed in 5 days (weekends and holiday not included) and up to 10 days during peak season.

If you don't have a tracking number after processing time please email us at support@angeltripphair.com

WHERE’S MY PACKAGE? HOW DO I TRACK IT?

Within 5 - 10 days of ordering your item, you will receive a tracking number. You can either click on the link or copy the tracking number and visit www.usps.com. From there you can paste in the tracking number in the appropriate search box. USPS usually has the most up to date current information about your package's whereabouts. 

WHY DO I HAVE TWO TRACKING NUMBERS?

Every now and then for larger orders or certain products, your item may be shipped separately in two packages either to safely ship the item, get items to arrive faster, or base on availability, etc. However do not worry, you were not double billed or received a wrong order. We will ship this way from time to time at our own discretion and this is usually for your benefit. It will not affect your shipping estimate in anyway unless we notify you otherwise.
